Liquid Foliage, originally uploaded by Ed Karjala.We have had a LOT of ice, freezing rain, etc. over the past few days. Many are still without power, traveling has been treachorous at times, and it is stinking cold (-11 C right now). Thing is, when the sun came out this morning and caught all the tree tops, and grass, and such, it provided a new perspective on things. It's like God took up glass blowing as a hobby and decided to decorate our little corner of the world with a 1/2 inch of crystal. So the cold is a little more bearable, and every day sites are transformed into temporary natural wonders.
