Spina Bifida PSA

My daughter, Chelsea Phillips, is an aspiring film major made the following Public Service Announcement for an assignment last year. It features her nephew, Jacob who was born with spinda bifida at CHaD and continues to be an out patient there in their nationally acclaimed spina bifida clinic.
