Portsmouth, New Hampshire - There was a period of time where one of the lights illuminating the North Church was burnt out. On foggy evenings, that creates a scene that looks like this.

Standing along US Route 1 (Congress St.) at Market Square. This is considered the center of the city of Portsmouth.
